Kiddo!, the Mill Valley Schools Community Foundation, is a non-profit 501(c3) organization made up of parents, teachers, business people and active members of the community. Since 1982, Kiddo! has raised tens of millions of dollars to supplement school budgets. It funds vital programs and teachers for K-8 students, including art, music, drama, poetry, dance, physical education, technology, classroom aides and library aides.
For those who prefer private schooling, Mill Valley offers that option as well, including several K-8 schools. Nearly a dozen pre-schools located in Mill Valley help commuting parents.
